  • Brief project description: Creating a structured training in support of the ZPS deployment. Once mapped the characteristics of the production system and the organization of support that are designed to the necessary training modules. The training modules were designed flanking the theoretical part to the simulation, through the use of business games to increase the effectiveness of the training. The reference model is the cone of learning by Edgar Dale to achieve the concept of the “activation” of the students.
